> 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using WAITDEAD services (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
> 2. Description of Service
WAITDEAD provides AI-powered website generation (Ava Web) and candidate screening (Ava HR) tools. The Service uses artificial intelligence and may produce results that require human review.
> 3. User Obligations
You agree to: (a) provide accurate information; (b) use the Service lawfully; (c) not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the Service; (d) not use the HR screening tools in a discriminatory manner.
> 4. Intellectual Property
Generated websites are owned by you. The underlying AI models, algorithms, pipeline code, and WAITDEAD branding remain the property of WAITDEAD.
> 5. Payment
Payments are processed via Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) and Mercado Pago for Latin America. Refund policy: within 7 days of purchase if no screening has been performed. Founding member and early adopter pricing are time-limited and non-transferable.
> 6. Limitation of Liability
WAITDEAD is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service.
> 7. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
