Wiilo
Wiilo runs several branches and three in-house brands over a shared catalog. Instead of asking the team to learn Odoo, we exposed the operation as business functions through MCP: query stock per branch, adjust supplier-declared quantities, request restock recommendations from sales history. The agent operates; Odoo remains the system of record.

What we do not claim
The split between declared and physical stock is uncomfortable and we leave it visible: a system that pretends they are the same number lies at precisely the moment it matters most. The gaps our audit found are listed with product and quantity, not in the abstract.
